Productivity Center; ASTD, and client organizations. Work with individuals to develop an engaging presentation or speech.
Workshop / Seminar Design and Development: Customize current and develop new workshops / seminars to meet desired outcomes. Examples include Project Management, Consulting, Team Spirit, Career Planning, Strategic Scenario Base Planning, Values-Vision-Mission Development, and others.
Writing: Develop articles and research papers for publication.

Strategic Integrated Services – Ensures that the confluences of the internal and external environmental factors affecting an organization are optimized to achieve the organization’s vision, mission, and values, and strategic intent.

Workshops & Seminars:
Dr. Waldmann-Williams is certified to deliver executive presentation training, Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Process Engineering principles and techniques, and is a senior consultant for the Plexus Team Spirit program.
